3 raw dips, starting clockwise from the top: Sunflower Seed dip and spread, Pepita dip and spread, Zucchini Almond Hummus
In a food processor add
3 peeled and chopped medium zucchini's
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup almond butter
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon real salt
Pulse, scrapping down the sides as needed until smooth.
add 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust salt.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
